For thousands of years, olives and olive oil have been a huge part of food culture and the economy in Israel. When you purchase My Olive Tree’s extra virgin olive oil you can bring a taste of the history of the Holy Land right to your kitchen!
All of our extra virgin olive oils are cold-pressed, which creates a full-bodied, rich flavor. We have two different lines of oils:
- Northern Israel. Our extra virgin olive oil from Northern Israel is very light with a pleasant, delicate flavor. This oil is perfect for use as a salad dressing or marinade, and can also be used as a topping for hummus. Its smooth, balanced flavor is also perfect to use as a base for dips for bread when mixed with other spices. It’s versatile, delicious and extremely high quality.
- Southern Israel. The extra virgin olive oil we produce with olives from Southern Israel is darker than its northern counterpart. The flavor is more robust and distinct, and is best when it is used in cooking, such as when sautéing or frying foods.
It’s not just the taste and quality that makes our extra virgin olive oil a great purchase. Additionally, proceeds from every single bottle sold helps us to further our mission of creating economic growth and agricultural development and stability for the farmers of Israel. We have already been able to significantly grow the reach of our olive tree groves in Israel thanks to the generosity of our donors. Your purchase of these olive oils has a huge impact on the region.
We are also dedicated to using funds from sales of My Olive Tree projects to promote the vision of the One New Man by bringing harmony between Jews and Gentiles alike.
So look into purchasing either (or both) of these oils for your kitchen, and know that with your purchase you’re not only getting a high quality product, but you’re actually making a tangible difference in a region that needs your assistance!

Our Mission
Our mission is to create a partnership between the Evangelical community and the nation of Israel; this partnership will produce employment, income, and revenue for humanitarian aid projects in Israel. We envision the planting of one-million olive trees over the next seven years. This relationship was prophesied in the Bible centuries ago, that the foreigners and strangers (those not of Jewish descent) would help rebuild the walls of Israel and cause the desert to bloom (Isa 35:1). Among other things, this reforestation is an environmental blessing for the entire region. May all who participate in this project be blessed body, soul and spirit; it is time for you to take root in Israel!
