These beautiful ornaments, created by ALEH’s special needs children and young adults, will enhance your family’s holiday season.

These special needs children and young adults make these ornaments as part of their therapeutic vocational rehabilitation workshops.

Each ornament has a unique color and size.

ShalvaTea’s™ is naturally caffeine-free and made with pure herbs, never containing any added flavors or colors.

About the artisan…

The artisan is Amir Rom. He was born in Israel in 1958 and grew up on a moshav in the beautiful area of Hasharon. His love of art inspired him to study at the prestigious Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem.

All of Amir’s handmade ceramic plaques are made in Israel. They are infused with the spirit of Israel and Jewish tradition.

Care and love are poured into each piece. It is the artisan’s hope that you will receive joy from each unique Tree of Life clay impression.

The Tree of Life plaque size is 4.5” x 3.5” x .25”.

Olive Wood Dreidel

Get the children and family excited about Hanukkah… or play the timeless dreidel game any time of the year with this beautifully handcrafted olive wood dreidel made exclusively for My Olive Tree.

The dreidel game has been played during the Hanukkah season in homes all over the world for generations. Dreidel, which means ‘to turn around’ in Hebrew, is a top with 4 sides.

Each side contains one of the following letters from the Hebrew alphabet: Nun, Shin, Hey, Gimmel. The dreidel game is fun for the whole family, young and old alike!
These individually handcrafted dreidel pieces are made from olive wood grown in Israel. The Qiesieh family, the artisans who make these beautifully handcrafted dreidels as a way to provide for themselves, for many years made their living crafting olive wood items for tourists.

However, when the coronavirus hit in 2020, tourism stopped and so did sales in their shops.

The Qiesiehs barely had enough food to fill their stomachs, so they were forced to barter their beautiful olive wood for meat.

My Olive Tree heard about their plight and reached out to help.

George and Elijah, the two Qiesieh brothers who own their souvenir shops and do all of the woodworking themselves, were thrilled when we asked them to create these unique, one-of-a-kind, olive wood dreidels, exclusively made for My Olive Tree.

Your purchase of this gift helps the Qiesieh family in Israel overcome financial needs by providing the extra income necessary to put food on their table.

Chocolate Coins (Gelt)

The box set comes with gold foil-wrapped chocolate coins called gelt. Gelt is used in the dreidel game as “chips.”

The game starts with everyone getting the same amount of gelt, putting some in the center pot. As the game is played, players either take the gelt out of the center to enjoy or put the gelt in for someone else to enjoy—depending on the letters a player rolls.

No dreidel game is complete with the tasty treat!

The King’s Oil Holy Anointing Oil®
